Return Policy

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled while they are still pending shipment and have not entered production.
If cancellation is confirmed before dispatch, the full purchase amount will be returned to the original payment method.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer available.

Returns
Return requests are accepted within 14 days from the date the customer receives the product.
To be accepted for return, the item must meet the following standards:

The item must be unused and remain in its original received condition.
The product must include the original packaging when returned.
A valid proof of purchase or order confirmation must be included.

Please contact customer support before sending any return. Products returned without instructions may not be processed correctly.
Customers will not pay more than one shipping fee in total, which may include original shipping and return shipping if applicable.
Restocking fees are not applied to returned items.

Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will send an email confirming that the return has been processed.
You will be advised whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be returned to the original payment method, usually within several business days depending on the payment processor.

Delayed or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not appeared:

Review your bank account again.
Contact your card provider, as refunds may take several days to show.
Contact your bank, because processing time may vary.

Return Shipping
After approval, return instructions will be provided.
For returns requested due to personal preference or other customer-related reasons, customers may need to cover return shipping.
For damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products, return shipping costs will be covered.
