How to Place an Order
Add your selected products to the shopping cart.
Continue to checkout using PayPal or the standard checkout process.
Provide your email address, full name, and shipping details.
If you have a promo code, enter it in the Discount field before proceeding.
Review your address → complete payment details → click Complete Order.
You will receive an on-screen confirmation and an email confirmation. Support: service@ellunexa.com
Incorrect or Missing Items

A clear image under 1MB showing the problem
After confirmation, the correct products will be shipped to you free of charge. Email: service@ellunexa.com
Confirming Orders
Look for the confirmation email containing your order number. If it has not arrived, please check the junk or spam folder.
Modifying Orders
Requests to change an order are accepted before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7) on the order day. After that time, the order may already be processed. Contact: service@solentrra.com
Cart Operations
Add items: Choose product options → Add to Cart
View cart: Select the shopping cart icon
Adjust quantity: Update the Quantity amount
Remove item: Use the Remove option

Payment Methods
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay.
PayPal Payments
Click PayPal → log in → confirm payment → return to order confirmation.
Applying Discounts
Enter your promo code → press Apply → the discount appears in the order total.
Returns & Exchanges

Returning Products
