Processing and Dispatch

Most orders are arranged for fulfillment and shipped within five business days after the order has been completed successfully.

After the carrier receives the package, delivery generally takes between 10 and 20 business days, depending on the destination country and transportation service.

Estimated delivery windows may change because of:

• customs processing, inspections, or clearance requirements

• delays within the carrier’s transportation system

• weather events, routing interruptions, or other logistical complications

We appreciate your patience if unexpected delays occur during shipment.

After dispatch, an email with tracking information will be sent automatically.

You can use the tracking details through standard parcel tracking services to follow the shipment status and delivery progress.

All orders include a flat international shipping fee of $2.99 USD.

Delivery Areas

Worldwide delivery is currently supported.

If a destination cannot be serviced because of carrier restrictions or logistics issues, we will notify you quickly and assist with an appropriate solution.

Delivery Address Updates

Requests to change shipping details must be made before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7) on the day the order is submitted.

After this time, the order may already be processing, and delivery address changes may not be possible.

Different Billing & Shipping Addresses

A shipping address may be different from the billing address used during payment.

Order Processing Days

Orders are processed and shipped on business days only, from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Weekend orders are usually processed on the next available working day.

Inventory and Manufacturing Fulfillment

Products may be fulfilled from regional warehouses depending on available inventory.

Certain items may also be produced and dispatched directly from manufacturing facilities in the United States, Canada, or Australia, based on stock allocation and logistics requirements.
